I respectively disagree.

I do state that he is not always a difference maker, but he certainly has his moments, and I don't think he loses us games as much as he wins them, as far as impacts go...

Are you seriously blaming Dubinsky for those last two penalties?

That shot was from damn near the top of the circle. And not any real quick wrister or anything of the sort. He's been horrendously bad tonight. It happens. He's the best goalie in the league, but even the best have off nights. His off night is tonight. I'm not Swedish so I won't say he's been awesome tonight.
Horrendeusly bad? Nice hyperbole. We've been giving up quality scoring chances in abundance all night.

When he has this performance:
S. Bobrovsky, 10/15, .667
I. Bryzgalov 6/9, .667

What will you do then, if this is horrendeus? Stab yourself? Enough with the sensationalism. He's had some weak goals and made some incredible saves in a far greater number that should consistently be asked of a goalie. He's had an uneven game. Pretending this game is on him is stretching it mightily.

It sounds like hyperbole but it's true. Can't remember the last time I saw that called in an NHL game.

I doubt Sullivan could diagram himself out of a paper bag based on the PP history of this team

Look. When you actually post about topical things, you are a very solid poster. But you get stuck on ONE single topic. You've been stuck on McIlrath and Torts for, like, ever. It's why I constantly berated you for being stuck on Lisin. It's highly, highly annoying and detracts from your otherwise solid posting. I mean, I'm trying to help you out here. I'm not the only one it annoys, but I'm probably the only one who will say anything about it.

I genuinely like your posting. But branch out, bro. Life as a Rangers fan exists outside of Torts and McIlrath.

The day scrubs like Wolski are gone and replaced with people who can actually score is the day we become a better team.

I'm officially done with W2.

A lot of Avery's penalties weren't actually penalties. It goes both ways. Hopefully Dubi isn't starting to build a reputation among refs.

No, Avery is not the solution to ALL of our current problems. But if you're a really dumb rangers fan who thinks Avery wouldn't be creating more than Wolski or Christensen, then I cannot help you.
Sam doesnt like Avery...he said today on 1050 ESPN that he agrees with Torts that he thinks the Rangers have more talent with this lineup than with Avery in it.

I honestly dont think Avery is a huge difference maker but I do know that with Avery our record is a lot better than without Avery. (Especially when he got hurt and the rangers took a nose dive, then got heathy and we got back to business).

The best news today is that the NBA is having another long ass meeting all night and hopefully we can get back to some Knick action.

Every. Single. Goal. tonight should have been saved. He's been horrendous. I don't give a **** what you say. He's been terrible tonight. The team has not been much different, but Lundqvist was God-awful tonight. Did he make some nice saves? Sure. But he missed routine saves four times tonight.

Again, I NEVER blame Lundqvist. I also don't blame him for this loss. But to say he's been anything short of terrible shows you can't look past the fact he's from Sweden and comment on his game objectively.

He flat out sucked. The team failed to bail him out, though. This loss is an entire team loss.

If they lose on saturday, which let's be honest here, is a DISTINCT possibility, there has to be a move made. This team looks like absolute dog ****, they look like a beer league team in every game. The only wins that they've gotten so far have been a combination of luck and goaltending.
