Some lazy D efforts tonight. Robidas can't clear a zone or win a battle along the boards leading to the Williams goal. Goose throws the puck to no one trying to get it out and leads to the Parse goal. The game winner wasn't really anyone's fault, but Goose has to get that guy out of the crease and make sure Kari's not screened.
Our PP still sucks. Goose hasn't looked comfortable under Gully's system yet.
You're right, he hasn't looked good and his point production isn't very well.
I thought we have now a good firepower from the blueline, but only Souray impressed me so far.
From Kings board: Dallas and Phoenix are two teams the Kings need to own if they want a Pacific Division title.
Be careful, pride will have a fall.
That's not my quote but that's just a statement of fact. If LA wants to win the division they need to beat up Phoenix and Dallas along with playing at least even with Anaheim and San Jose. There's nothing wrong with what he said. I certainly didn't take offense. The same is also true of Dallas, if they have a losing record against the division they'll probably finish outside the playoffs. Because of the schedule that's how things are.
