as a neutral hockey fan I really hope that this game and players reactions will be featured in HBOs 24/7. I cant imagine what must have been happening in the locker room during this one.

In the afternoon, a lot of very good Champagne and white Burgundy/Chablis, a few good Châteauneuf, Hermitage and Côte Rôtie.

The equivalent of more or less one bottle by myself.

Last night, a Segreta Rosso from Planeta (2/3 of the bottle).

I slept till 11:45 this morning.

Tonight, a La Massa 2009.

Retirement is great...

So if it comes to the worst, you could trade him to a cap-floor team in the summer of 2018...

If he waives his NMC....and let's hope he doesn't go all Turco on this team before then.

Why Bryz is being so hard on himself I don't know. Every single goal scored against him was a result of downright pathetic defending. Hell, three of the goals were slam dunks. There's not a keeper in the universe that can stop them.
I agree that even the greatest goalie in the history of the game can be expected to stop all three.

But a great goalie, or even a very good one, will stop one or two more often than not.

Bravo. That seems better suited as a fusion with a Monet exhibit rather than the finger-painting hockey we saw.

..and they weren't using traditional paint. They were definitely using a more modern, shock-art type of medium.

Poop. I'm saying they were using poop.

There's a nice feature in this week's THN, and it seems Winnipeg is first, and the Flyers fourth in how much of their total player budget is spent on defense percentage-wise In absolute numbers, I think we're only trailing the Kings.

Flyers 9-8 loss leads to a lot of butt crack and a man being thrown in a trashcan

LOL!
