All Purpose Proposed Trade Thread (11/30 - Rangers kicking tires on Bobby Ryan)

Both GMs looking to make a move, so I'm just throwing this out there to see if this is close in value.

Dubinsky & MDZ
for
Krejci & (pick 2 of 3) Corvo, Boychuk, Ference

Get a skill upgrade upfront, and a couple vets on D to help out.

Yes? No? Nooooooooooo? I'll drive Dubinsky and MDZ to the airport? What? Thanks

I would do it in a heartbeat.

Think Boston gets ripped off, to be honest.

Krejci would instantly become one of our top players and a veteran with SCF experience like Ference is much needed on a young blue line. Yes please!

ack who knows but they are playing like manure so Sather may do something like this.

What else can they get out of Phoenix? I bet Maloney would be interested in a Anisimov, Del Zotto package? Would love to get Yandle somehow

What makes you think Dubi's worth more than Krejci?

The Bruins have NO interest in trading Krejci, Bergeron, or Seguin

1. The Boston Bruins have 3 Million Cap space + 4 Million from Marc Savard's LTIR to resign Krejci

2. Bergeron has a history of concussions if Boston trades Krejci, then Bergeron Gets Hurt with another concussions Boston will only have Tyler Seguin, and Rich Peverley, Chris Kelly left

Really? C'mon guys. I like Dubinsky and wouldn't mind him but there's no way the values there. Give us something to work with here! Sorry. I respect the Rangers and there is talk of fire sale

no way Boston does that if you are asking for Krejci and TWO of the aforementioned players. Sather may be able to swindle Krejci and Corvo, for the guys you suggested, but thats a stretch.

Very fair deal, but Dubinsky is a fan favorite

I'd do it.

I have no attachment to Dubinsky, nor Del Zotto.

They wouldn't break up the Horton-Kreci-Lucic line. We'd need Seidenberg the most.

Dubinsky is a guy whose career high is 24 goals and he scored like 10 empty-netters that year. Not even close to Krejci.

Krejci is more valuable than Dubinsky and Del Zotto. That is an awful deal. Krejci is a forward who has 3 consecutive 50+ point seasons under his belt, one above 60 points, and one above 70 points. He also has big time playoff experience leading the NHL in points with 23.

You really think Dubinsky, a 45 point center, and Del Zotto, an up and down defense man, are worth that?

Then to add to that, you're actually adding in another two players of value?

I'd do it in a heart beat, but I know Boston would NEVER be that dumb.

Well, that's cute. Your own fan came on here to propose that trade. No need to tell US who to trade. Tell your boy.

Nowhere did I say I wanted to see Krejci dealt.

Nowhere did I say I thought it would be a good idea for Boston to deal Krejci.

I just wanted to hear Rangers fan's take on it --thank-you for providing this.

I would do the deal. I find it funny your own fans came on here, though, jumping in the thread like it was a Rangers fan proposing it without looking at the OP.

This is exactly the type of deal I'd like to move Dubi for. Either that or a major D upgrade.

Rangers should do this. along with defense they do need a LW that can score. Penner in the last year of his contract http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Hockey/NHL.../18898741.html

The most ludicrous thing about all that is Turris looking for a 4M contract. LOL.
