Get rid of Christensen, Wolski, and Newbury.
Bring up Hagelin, Avery, and Bourqe.

And I'm sick of hearing the Staal excuse. Man up and learn to play without him.

There was some good stuff going on with our best forwards. Richards, Gaborik, Callahan, Dubinsky.
I saw some hockey from them today.

My expectations are that management looks at getting rid of some deadweight now that the season is getting on.

Wolski and EC can't even score in the shootout, and that's the only thing they are good at. They need to go ASAP. Wolski, who is rarely physical, decides to finally hit someone and can't do it cleanly. His penalty contributed to the collapse in a major way.

The defense looked brutal, they refused to clear the crease today. "Losing Staal is not an excuse, blah, blah" Sorry, but this team is going to play worse without him, that cannot be denied. Erixon doesn't belong in the NHL right now.

Dubi-Richards-Cally looked good, and so did Gaborik. The offense is finally started to click, but then the defense can't get their act together. Typical.

Was watching the game with my mother-in-law who, when the third goal was scored wondered why I wasn't more excited. Now she knows.

HORRIBLE game....up 4-1 in the 3rd, there is NO EXCUSE why you don't win this game.
Outshot 40-24 after regulation, by the Sens at that. I don't even want to see the shot count against a contender. What'll it be, like, 50-19?

Today is my 'positive' day. I try to have one per week.

Therefore, I will not talk about the defense today.

Edit: err, I mean, any longer.

HEY GUYS, lets be real here...

This in no way shape or form was a step forward for our team becauuse we scored a few goals. We got a GIFT major from the refs and turned that into a huge momenum boost for 1 period...

Even with a 4-1 lead we manage to let that fall apart on us...nothing has changed. When it MATTERED we looked like crap...that means a lot.

WW STINKS, all of his assists were secondary and not impressive in the least, he took an awful penalty when the sens had momentum and he also rang one off the pipe when he had 5 feet of open net in the shootout. Not impressed SORRY.

EC stinks, nothing new here. Why even have him if he cant score in a shootout? 0 for 2...sorry id much rather have young talent up here instead of that trash.

AA? When does he stop getting a pass for being ****ing awful? The best thing he did today was lay on the ice for 2 minutes.

Newbury? lolwut.
1st Bold Statement: Agreed 100%

2nd Bold Statement: Well, at least he registered 2 assists, while being the closest to scoring in the shootout (Richards threw one over the net, not even close).

3rd Bold Statement: EC doesn't get enough ice time to say he "stinks"

4th Bold Statement: The same time Dubinsky does.

Those that lost power were fortunate enough to miss out on this horrendous performance.

All I can say is that we need Staal back and Lundqvist needs to play better.

Bring back Zuccarello and call up Hagelin. Play Rupp

And waive Christensen, trade Wolski and send down Newbury.

There's your team and go with that. AND ACTUALLY GIVE ZUCCARELLO SOME PLAYING TIME.

And please, please, please come back soon, Marc Staal. We miss you dearly

Bourque is concussed. Zuccarello needs to be called up and given meaningful icetime in offensive situations. He is one of the few players in this organization that doesn't have lobster claws for hands.

This game was won until W2 took one of the stupidest ****ing penalties i've ever seen. I don't want to blame the other skaters, but they hunkered down in their own zone, a pretty ****ing awful mistake.

Hank needs to be a little bit better. He hasn't looked comfortable.
