Junior eligible prospects.....Which stay?

Contractually it makes sense for NHL clubs to return a Junior eligible prospect before the tenth game of the season, unless they intend to keep him around for a good portion of the season. That being said the 9th and 10th games are coming up, so which prospects do you think will/should stick past 9 games.

Some Junior eligible prospects who remain on NHL rosters:
Brent Burns - Minny plays 10th game tonight, looks like he'll stick.
Dustin Brown - L.A. plays 9th game on Thursday.
Dan Fritsche - Columbus plays 9th game tonight
MA Fleury - Pittsburgh plays 9th game on Thursday.
Patrice Bergeron - Boston Plays 10th game tonight, I'm assuming he will stay.
Eric Staal - Carolina plays 9th game on thursday.
Nathan Horton - Florida plays 10th game on Wednesday.
Am I missing someone?

Is'nt it the player and not the team who have to play 10 games??

I don't think so, because players who are healthy scratches still get paid if they are on the roster.....I could be wrong though, not a CBA expert.

Makes no difference anyway, none have been healthy scratches.

Right now my guess is everyone. Staal might be the most likely guy to get sent down if Carolina decides he's not ready for a 2nd line role. I thought Horton would be going down but it looks like Florida put the word out that he is staying. Fritsche I'm not too sure about, but the other 4 (Fleury, Bergeron, Burns, Brown) are almost guaranteed to stay up at this point.

I think it's fairly safe to say that all will remain up.

Burns and Bergeron are near the top of their respective team scoring and MA Fleury has been absolutely unbelievable so far.

Fleury is a lock to stay past the ten game mark.

I'd say the same goes for Staal.

That's right. It's the player that must hit ten games. A good example of this is when Dan Cleary made the Blackhawks right after being drafted, but only played 6 games and was a healthy scratch the rest of the season until he was finally sent to the WJC's. while he was up with the blackhawks, he only played 6 games yet the team played about 35. yet it didn't count as a year on his contract.

What a way to screw up a promising prospect ...

That's probably Brian Sutter's fault as well.

Fritsche will be with Columbus at least through Nov. 22. Thats the 20 game mark. Its written into his contract.

But look for him to stick all year...

Here's how I do it.

UP
Brent Burns
MA Fleury
Patrice Bergeron
Eric Staal (but I'd be really tempted to let him develope one more year)

DOWN
Dustin Brown
Dan Fritsche
Nathan Horton

remember, after 10 games they can still send him down, it just screws up the contract and waiver eligibility and stuff

For the Ducks, Lupul is eligible, but he'll probably stay up, because Leclerc isn't due back until Janurary now

Dave Taylor has stated that he is leaning towards keeping Brown in Los Angeles while Andy Murray said that as long as he stays consistent in his effort he will be staying so it seems that he won't be going anywhere.

I'm pretty sure Sutter was in Calgary at the time and for sure wasn't in Chicago. I think the coach at the time was Hartsburg. I'd have to check.

I'd be surprised if Brown goes down. While he isn't scoring, he's had good chances and is playing well. His intensity is great and he has shown his skills. I'm not saying he'll stick all year, but I'd be surprised if he didn't make 10 games.
