Happy that the team is doing well with Price? Happy with the return we got from Halak?

I preferred Halak over Price, I'm not afraid to say it. Carey had a lot of growing up to do and there was question marks as to whether or not he could do it in Montreal, and to his credit he did. It's worked out for the benefit of himself and the team as a whole. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Think I'd sulk in a corner crying because my goalie was the one traded? Logo on the front of the jersey over the name on the back, any day of the week.

Congrats to Carey on a well-deserved first-star for this week. We played pretty good hockey as a team but Carey definitely made enough big saves to be considered one of the main reasons we won those 3 games.

I personally never thought there was a debate. Carey was always the goalie of the future... However, I do respect Halak for what he did give us... And still wish him nothing but the best in attempts to secure his # 1 goalie status.

I ALWAYS had Carey over Jaro though.... even through the silly debate had over who was better.

As I have always seen it, Halak was going to be a legitimate #1... But Price had the makings of a Franchise face goalie... We would have been flat out wrong on that one...

This is disengenious.

When we were losing it was not Price's fault it was largely the lacking defence.
Now that Habs are winning it is 100% because of Price's regardless of our defence.

Aren't you that guy who claims to be a habs leafs sens redwings boston etc fan all at once? I just find it weird you refer to like half a dozen teams as "we" in your posts.

Are you a habs fan? boston fan? sens fan? leafs fan? etc all at once? Nothing personal I just find it pretty fascinating that you like all the teams and refer to them all as "we" in your posts

I can't help it that you have such a strange sense of humor.
I follow quite a few teams/players - no harm in that as far as I know.

Not to nitpick, but Subban played even worse after his benching. He was in a slump, he got out of it, that's what happens.

I follow quite a few teams as well, but the Habs are the only team I would say "we" for.

I'll never understand how you can be a fan of more than one team, especially in the same conference and division.

Carey Price is my favourite goalie in the NHL right now, hope he keeps up this good form. And yes he helped my fantasy team a lot this week. The Canadiens are lucky to have him. Having a starting goalie of that calibre is something any good team needs.

Says I guy who watched Conklin start for his team against the Capitals last week.

To be fair about the team, they did mostly dominate those periods. As for the Price though, he definitly played his part and deserved those stars

I think his defense bailed him out a fair amount of times during those 3 games and the fact the offense scored a combined 11 goals over those 3 games also means something.
