Reading the Dispatch lineups, this morning, I had a moment of confusion (actually, those come fairly frequently, these days) - Mayorov? Johan centering the fourth line? Savard on the bench? When did all these changes take place? Then I noticed that they had Spezza centering the top line for the Leafs and I realized they had screwed up and printed the lineups from last Saturday's game!

EDIT: GL tonight CBJ, it really sucks to see you guys struggling out of the gate like this. I know how it feels too, as a Leaf fan, we've seen it one too many times before. Just hang in there and know that at the end of the day, you have some sick slick prospects coming up and you already have an all-star core. Just need to get some luck and one of these days this organization will turn it around and be where it was 2 years ago when they showed so much promise.

It is a foregone conclusion here in the (((CENTER OF THE HOCKEY UNIVERSE))) that the Leafs will have a walk in the park defeating the "lowly Blue Jackets" tonight. Not a completely baseless or overly cocky prediction/assumption. However... Rick Nash gave a pretty candid interview on TSN Radio 1050 yesterday afternoon in which he said the team feels they "turned a corner" in the last game. He pointed out how much better the Leafs record is than the Jackets but he and teammates BELIEVE that they can play themselves back to .500 and go from there. Guess we can only wait to see...

Funny thing is Gustavson has a lower save % than Mason and our PK is dead last in the league, this is probably going to be a high scoring game.
