I'm in the same boat, I have Rogers. I ordered RDS, but you can't just order that single channel though. You have to order the whole damn french sports package.

They were shoved down our throats for 6 seasons when they were bottom feeders, no chance in Hell CBC doesn't go nationwide with 'your first place Toronto Maple Leafs!'

Has CBC caught on that the Laffs are hated coast-to-coast? (With varying degrees, of course but the fact remains that the Leafs are hated by so many, unless CBC provides Leafs games so the rest of the country can see the Leafs lose)

They get the highest ratings.

Avery will play tonight. Did he passed the waivers at half price on the way back or is there some special provision for player replacement where you don't have to go on waivers?

Perhaps they get such ratings because they are hated everywhere whereas the Habs aren't.

nobody claimed him when he was sent down and no one claimed him at half his 1.9m cap hit when he was called up a few days ago.

Well, the game is on CBC Montreal and I assume it will only be available in Quebec.

It's the awful lighting. I wanted to do a banner about it but didn't have time. I hate those games, there's no noise from the crowd, nothing. I hope Habs kick their *****.

Is that confirmed? I was hoping Budaj would get a game tonight. I'd rather not have Carey play 70+ again.

Yes.

Renaud Lavoie tweeted it will be the same lineup as last night.

I think you don't know what a hater is? I'm just saying, I'd rather keep the cumulative wear and tear down over the course of the season, keeping in mind the goal of having a long playoff run. I'd like to see JM take any opportunities to play the backup, especially back to back situations. I definitely do not feel any hate towards anyone involved, especially not Price, if that's what you were inferring.

Price is well rested after almost a week off, and showed no rust in his game. He's allowed 5 goals in 4 games. You gotta keep riding that horse - especially when you're at .500 after a dozen games. Budaj will get his opportunities...

Have you guys ever tried watching a game with their streaming technology? Compares pretty unfavourably to television, doesn't it? Even compared to an SD and not an HD broadcast. It's horrible - let the leaf fans watch that crap for a ****ing change. Also - I'm aware they stream the games - I'm a Canadian hockey fan. We can smell hockey I'd just rather see the game, and not several frames of the game followed by extended pauses and lagginess.

lol ''First place Toronto Maple Leafs''

Let them enjoy that for the short time that will last. 3-4 games losing streak and the whole GTA starts to panic and their no character team falls flat.

GO HABS GO!

5th in a row! Lets do it!

It's awesome you're interested in evidence and proof. I look forward to seeing your evidence on your ratings claims...

If we somehow picked Malcolm Subban this season, in 3-4 years Price is not going to have 70+ games anymore.

I couldn't dig it up, but someone mentioned us winning seven in a row when Pearn got fired, I'm thinking we're gonna win the next 3

Carey gets his first shutout tonight, 2-0 Habs, Rangers outshoot us by a wide margin.

Carey! Carey! Carey!
