Murray is 100 years old, can't really leave it to him to make correct choices for the shootout. Should have won it in regulation.

duno why u guys all bummed. I felt the kings did good. Not the result we want, but it's closer to where the kings should be.

JJ basically saved the game winner in that game. He seems to really be clutch.

Greene played really well. Drew is still in a funk. A-Mart looked better. Scuds got burned a couple times tonight.

At least the Forwards looked better.

I hope Johnny B starts the next game Lets give Quick a rest.

Better effort though.
Johnson > Brown in every way possible. He's got a better shot, better hands, better skating, hitting's a wash. There is no way that Brown is better than Johnson. Wouldn't be surprised if JJ was a better leader, too.

Brown on the PP is an idiotic mistake. Brown in the shutout... TM has got to go, and he can take Brown with him.

That said, Doughty needs to stop trying to do too much. When it comes to pure ability he's the top on the team. He dominates in board battles, skating and he was killer in OT. He just needs to calm down and leave skating the puck up the ice for a little later. I don't hate Parse. Loving JJ, I think he may finally have actually brought everything together. Quick should get a rest but he's been playing great.

I think Brown in the top 6 is really the only thing holding this team back. He nullifies Richards and Parse, both of which are much better than him. I'd like to see Penner on that line; lesser of two evils.

Greene with his best effort of the season by a country mile.

Johnson was a beast again and still ends up a minus. Such a stupid stat.

Glad to see Kopitar, hell anyone, on the board again.

Offense still left a lot to be desired.

At least they competed tonight.

Exactly, People need to get over that crud.

I actually think Brown played much better tonight than he has been. At least he was getting some chances and hitting people.

Another poor 1st period... another 2 goal offensive result, another loss. Better game, a bit more exciting, but still they're basically a .500 team folks. Scuderi got caught watching the puck at the end of the game and it cost them.

The Pens didn't need D with Brown running around and ruining every offensive chance we had.

Brown may have not been the best choice but he wasn't a bad choice.

Season summed up perfectly late in the 3rd there.

The Kings have two dominating shifts by the #1 and #2 lines, the play is stopped after Brown's high-stick goal. Terry sends out the 3rd line, and just like that the game is tied. You could see it coming a million miles away.

Kopitar was dominant, Gagne was good, Williams was ok but opportunistic. Still had some hiccups.

Richards and Brown played better but they have to finish their chances. Parse was ok, won a nice board battle with Letang right before Brown's non-goal. Overall I think that line had a quality game.

The 3rd line, what can you say. Pathetic, awful, disastrous, ugly. Use whatever adjective you like. Jarret Stoll and Dustin Penner are making nearly $8 million between them, read that number again folks, $8 million for these two hockey players. And Ethan Moreau is just a bad hockey player, tonight's penalties were foolish and selfish. This guy is a 13th forward, not a third line player.

I asked after the last GDT...

What are Stoll and Penner doing to stay in the lineup?

Yeah, we had more life in this game, but only the 1st line is really clicking. The second line is trying and from down on, there is no offense.

You can see Richards is trying, but it's gonna take awhile. Heck, he has more chemistry with JJ!

I would of said no way to Stoll getting traded in the beginning on the season. Now, I'm not sure. We need offense from him and he's just not bringing it.

JJ had a good game

This!

I don't get it. Why would you put in Brown? He is a disaster in penalty shots and has never shown anything that makes him a good pick. TM is a fool doing this every freaking time.

On the positive note we looked million times better this game.
