Poop. It's not even close to the end of the world though.

My guess is that they'll just move an existing roster player up a line or three, and then just "fill up the 4th line" as spots open up at the bottom.

This was very unfortunate for WW, hope he'll get better soon.

Explains his inconsistency of this year at least... Norwegians will now be clamouring for MZAs return now... I agree - he should get a shot now....

Wolski saw Dr. William Myers. One of his specialties are hernia/abdominal muscle injuries.

Rupp will have knee surgery on Wednesday. The normal estimate is usually 3-4 weeks.

Hope for a speedy recovery for WW.
As for the call up, I think we would be best off calling up someone to fill in on the 4th line occasionally since we already have the top 9 and bottom 3 pretty much set

The lineup is good as it is. What they need is an extra forward. Make it Mitchell or Newbury. Hagelin or Zucc shouldn't be in the press box. Mitchell has looked really good in the A. He's earned a shot.

Meh. I feel bad for Wolski on a personal level, but from a team perspective...whatever.

He should get the doctor to save the hernia so WW can put it in the tub and get Torts to roll his eyes at it.

Mitchell would be a good fit. He works hard and can play solid defensive hockey. Seems to fit our identity. Young but with NHL experience.

Seriously, though. I feel bad for the guy. Was hoping we'd see the WW of 2006-2008. Man, he has some skill and vision. Just wish he'd utilize that.

The Rangers have 12 forwards on the roster

Fedotenko-Boyle-Prust

Dubinsky-Richards-Callahan/AA-Stepan-Gaborik

or

Dubinsky-AA-Callahan/Stepan-Richards-Gaborik

Christensen plays on the PP

Avery and Deveaux receive 5 minutes per game

Thank you for not rushing him back in. Let his blue balls heal

Seriously though, let him heal up to 100% instead of rushing him in at 80%
