I think that was FSW mess up. That's the 2nd time I've seen that happen this season.

Remember when Kopitar fell to us because everyone was concerned about what kind of hockey pedigree he'd have coming from Slovenia? Well apparently they should have been concerned with the rest of the team instead.

Quick and Kopi - Amazing

Rest of the team - blah

TM - .....

We need something to get this team going. I'm not feeling to great playing Nashville when we can't score and they have a good goalie. Back to back also. After that we take on Vancouver, I think. We could very well be the next Columbus.

That's the second or third time that has happened lately. Even the tv people are slumping.

I missed the game but a quick look at the box score (I know that doesn't show the whole story, but that's all I got tonight) shows ZERO even strength goals........again. Were now at 16 even strength goals in 14 games. Unexceptable

One of those teams is going to come out flat. They just will with the Kings having lost Five Straight. And not playing well.

Now will the Kings take advantage of that ? who knows.

Agreed. He needs to be with Gagne, someone who can handle creativity and his unexpected/beautiful passes.

Kopitar is good.

The LA Kings are 0-5 in the Post-Slava Voynov era.

Can we at least bring back Voynov to shake things up?
I admit my patience in Penner on the Kings is wearing thin.
Williams, Clifford, Martinez, Doughty get your **** together
TM has lost the team.
DL better get back to work (seems invisible since Doughty signing)

If you looked at the scores of these games, you'd think we had no talent. If you look at the roster, you'd think we did. If you measured both equally you'd fine the answer somewhere in the middle. There's so much blame to go around right now and it's sad. Hard to find positivity. The team is so damn mentally fragile and has been for the last few seasons.

I had a great time watching my Pens play San Jose and LA and wanted to watch this one - didn't disappoint the neutral fan. Kopitar is positively Malkin'esque.... and I am talking the awesome Malkin version, not the getting back to health one.

However, one perhaps ill timed and unfair question since I've only seen three LA games this season (opener against Rangers, the pens game and now this), is anyone seeing any improvements defensively from Jack Johnson? Because I am not.
And if you are not, do you think that contract was a good one going forward, because to my thinking he is just a PP weapon and you have other players who can take that position next to Doughty.

Johnson would still get a great return.

Tough game with what i was expecting after period one. I'm almost as bad as Murray where I hate to say anything negative about our team but this was disappointing. Some spirit from one or two players but as a whole we do not look like the team we are supposed to be.

I had a bad feeling when people had hope for us this season.

I know it's early. I still believe this will be turned around soon and we will go far this season, but it's frustrating to watch games like this that it feels like we could have/ should have been able to take.

I'm going to two games this week. Really hope to see the start of an epic winning streak to make up for this madness.

On a positive note, oh Kopi <3 thank you for never giving up.

Kopi won 9/11 vs Marleau, who is career 52% at faceoffs, 2/4 vs Thornton, who is 57% so far, 2/3 vs Handzus and so on. Is there anything he will not excel at?

Tomorrow is new game, only win counts. Enough is enough.

Kings will turn it around, just watch. Every team goes through it, we just so happen to have it towards the beginning of the season. Go Kings Go!

Kopitar is good.
I can't even fathom how many points this guy would have in a looser system.

He was good to great in every game except those three plus the Buffalo one. Not lying. What a bummer that is as well.

Yep, he had a solid game.

If TM's job is so sacred, why not fire one of the assistant coaches? This team needs accountability like Lindsay Lohan needs a bump of coke.
