Quick Question

Hey

I was watching the Stars on TV and saw they had alot of people in attendance. Then I flipped over to the Rangers, and it seems like they cant pay to put people in the seats.

Whos got the highest attendance? the lowest? sellouts?

Thanks

Kev

These stats are sortable many different ways and can go back a few years also, which is nice, doesn't show sellouts though:ESPN - Attendance

The Rangers usually have very good attendance, so maybe you caught the end of a game or when people were all out getting hot dogs and beer or something.

It's odd how Vancouver's average attendance is larger than the arena capacity

There are quite a few teams over 100%. I assume it's due to selling a lot of standing-room-only tickets, which presumably they don't count when determining the arena's capacity, but I'm not sure.

Was this during the world series (or playoffs with Boston)? If so, that's your answer right there. Except for opening night--where there was a pretty full house in spite of baseball--almost all of the home games have coincided with Yankee games.
