We really had to come out of that losing skid. We weren’t happy with the way we were playing throughout that time and to finally get the win tonight was huge."

LET'S GO KINGS !!!

- UPCOMING SCHEDULE -

NOTE : Regarding LARGE SIZE IMAGES / YELLOW RE-SIZE IMAGE BARS ABOVE PICS, let me offer up one nice little suggestion ...
This will get rid of those pesky yellow resize bars over the top of some larger pictures ... as they annoy the hell out of me and maybe they do you also ?
- Go into/click on your "USER CP" {control Panel} up top left in the red bars
- on the left under 'Settings & Options' click on "Edit Options"
- scroll down to 'Thread Display Options', and then 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- click on the 'Drop Down List Box' over on the Right of 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- select it to "KEEP ORIGINAL SIZE"
- SAVE your selections !
There ... now don't that look MUCH BETTER

I think the Canucks lineup is going to be more like this:

D. Sedin - H. Sedin - Hansen
Higgins - Kesler - Booth
Ebbett - Malhotra - Hodgson
Volpatti - Lapierre - Weise

Hamhuis - Bieksa
Edler - Ballard
Rome - Alberts

Luongo

Tambellini doesn't play for Vancouver anymore (which actually kind of sucks, to be honest; hard working guy, speed like mad).

Good game guys.

I've been to two games so far this year, and both times were a Quick shutout. I will be there tonight, so its pretty much a guarantee.

Big game for the Kings and for Penner.

Both need to build off a strong effort against Nashville or risk going on another slide.

Plus it's the Nucks and like the Drew quote says, those freaky ass children of the corn twins need to get destroyed.

Penner gets an assist (no goal, even though I picked him for FGOTG), Doughty scores one, someone from the bottom two lines actually scores a goal, and we win 4-1. Quick will own Nucks and Doughty will own the twins. Go Kings!

EDIT: Btw, I love the Kelser pinned to the boards photo. Great angle.

I think I dislike the ****ing Canucks more than I do the Sharks.

The good news is that I think they have real goaltending issues. Luongo just isn't the same as he has been in the past.

Guys, there are multiple reasons that the rules state we shouldn't bring posts from one forum to another. That includes talking about the opponents GDT's. When you do that, you invite people who are looking for a fight into this GDT. I speak for the whole mod team when I say we don't want that, so please, let's keep it to us and ours.

Hey guys. Hope for an intense fast paced game tonight. Our team has been a Jekyll and Hyde act this season so we don't know what we're going to get tonight.

One question: how has Doughty been so far? Has the training camp miss been an issue? Kesler missed training camp and the first month of the season with his hip injury and still isn't back up to par. Was wondering...okay, hoping ...the same might be true with Drew.

And one more thing, the Canuck PP has been on fire recently and basically won us the last game against the Hawks.

Doughty is coming around, but probably similar to Kessler, game is not 100% or at least I hope it's not giving what he is making in terms of salary.

I am sure we will see lots of Nucks fans at Staples tonight. Given they play the Ducks on Friday it makes for a nice doubleheader for their fans. Given the Ducks attendance numbers Nucks fans might make of 50% or more of the crowd at Honda Center.
