well that was fast. 1-0 on bulin. it sure is different when a team has size and can get in bulin's cage unlike our group of creampuffs.

I predicted the Oilers would go on a losing streak after winning against a porous and uninspired Habs line-up.. Habs lost that game by their own....

Thanks for confirming my fears

I'll admit, I didn't make it all the way through that video. You might be able to guess why.

Fel - Do you get a lot of requests to post his highlights on youtube?

One good player would make that team respectable, as long as he was a goalie.

Yesterday I attended a European Hockey Tour game between Finland and Russia here in Helsinki. The Russians won 2-1 in the SO. The Finnish keeper was Karri Ramo, who played a really strong game. He was only beaten by a beauty shot by Radulov. Ramo had very good positioning and some really nice saves. Man oh man would he be a good #2 to Price. He could post strong numbers while playing as our back-up and then we could trade him for some value.

Well they just picked one up, but lost a pretty serious dman in the trade. The Blue Jackets are even worse now, IMO.

edit: apparently Tyutin for Nabokov may have been falsely reported...

Yes a FA and he choose the Leafs cause of Allaire

After completing his collegiate career, Scrivens had not been selected in the National Hockey League (NHL) Entry Draft, making him an unrestricted free agent, able to sign with any team in the league. The Toronto Maple Leafs signed Scrivens to a one-year contract on April 28, 2010.[4] Scrivens decision to sign with the Leafs was largely due to the presence of goaltending coach Francois Allaire, whom Scrivens had worked with during an off-season goalie camp.

But but but Boucher is God!

Funny and glad to see that 1-3-1 system being trolled.

Gotta feel for their fans...I wonder what Wiz thinks of his new surroundings, and huge pay-cheque? He can thank his agent...

Maybe it's a problem with Allaire's coaching, but Scrivens is leaving rebounds out in front just like Reimer and Gustavsson.

Gustavsson is terrible but I find Reimer's rebound control isn't that bad at all and he is able to push pucks to the corners very well

Reimer plays a nice quiet style sort of like Price...Gustavsson and Scrivens are nerve wracking to watch and probably hard to play defense in front of, because they give up goals on low quality shots then make a miracle save, they both struggle with rebounds and play deep in nets. If Reimer is out much longer Toronto could drop far in the standings, not taht they were any better than a 8th to 10th team anyways.

Wow, this lady does not sound good at all, singing God bless America at the Sabres/Ottawa game.
