Well, it is 5-0 this year.

Ottawa is in a bit of a tailspin, and we've won three in a row. Playing at white hot Boston tomorrow night in the second of a back-to-back, while they rest tonight, will be a very tough game to win, so they really need the two points tonight. LRS has been playing well, and I expect them to continue that against a defensive corps that can be questionable in its own zone. I think Enroth gives up a few tonight, but the Sabres score enough to make up for it. Sabres take it, 5-3.

Looks to be Enroth in net.

BuffNewsVogl John Vogl
Enroth first goalie off the ice for #Sabres and expected to start tonight against Ottawa. Ryan Miller figures to start Saturday in Boston.

I love the whole Haiku for the win thing.

These have been pretty great all season.

Kassian, i'm not telling you what to do. Honestly..
But you may want to edit your original post for accuracy. Scratches, Sens in the East etc... just a thought

I'll be there tonight so ... Keep it rollin guys!!! (without the 5 goals against)

3-1 Sabres

Ehrhoff, Gerbe, or Leino with a goal

Would like to see Adam back on the score sheet tonight, obviously right by Pommers and Vanek.. Expecting Enroth to come out big again and get the W .. Crazy to think he hasn't lost in regulation in this calendar year and it's November. Keep on keeping on!!

I'm actually interested in how whoever Regehr's paired with deal with Alfie and Spezza. That's the story of the game for me, and maybe one of the big stories of the season - we got Regehr to make a shutdown pair, that was our big goal this offseason, because we were getting dominated by top lines. And no top line has hurt us as badly as Alfie and Spezz.

Measuring stick time in that regard, IMO.

Many Sens fans have said they're not really playing together much at ES. They're thin at forward, so they're trying to spread out the offense a bit and Michalek has been thriving with Spezza.

Yes. The probable top 2 lines are going to be

Greening-Spezza-Michalek
Foligno-Da Costa-Alfredsson

Spezza's line has not been split up in about 10 games now so I'd except them to stay together. Not 100% sure about the 2nd line but its pretty likely.

Because he looks like a turd? Can you sit out due to Upper Body -- Turd Face? Sorry, been saving that up. Glad I unburdened myself of it. I won't say it again.

Haha. I think it's a good decision. Back to back games, give Miller Boston. Enroth played well against Ottawa and frankly Miller doesn't have a great track record against the club. If Alfie and Spezza do their typical thing, then what would that do to Miller's already shaky confidence?

Lets play hard and get the full 2 points, tonight. Gotta play tough within our division.

Two points would be great. They're playing the Bruins tomorrow. Win the easier game first and you're playing with house money in Boston.

I love that Enroth is going tonight and Miller is going tomorrow. The game against the Bruins is gonna be tough. They are rested and starting to get in a groove. That is why you pay Miller big money, so he can go in there Saturday night and steal the game. He's due for a big game.

Yup.... I can't stand him either..... Which means I'd love him on the Sabres.....

Well...a few years ago anyways.
