9-0, Serge with a hat-trick of hat-tricks.
Nashville's offense isn't great. Best time to start Budaj. It's going to be a rough game.
Habs fans, rejoice! Your savior is back in the line-up! He's our Mexican Mojo.

Kinda weird to start Budaj against the Predators, instead of the Coyotes. Can't say I agree with this.

Budaj has 6 wins in 11 games vs the Preds with a .920 save %. So its not a bad matchup for him. We also have 4 games next week, so depending on how we start off we need Price against our Eastern rivals.

Not sure if Rinne is going to start in the opposing net; if so we will be in trouble.

If JM sticks to his guns and has Gomez work for his spot at top line duty, I will give the man great props.

Won't stay that way throughout the game. I think it's a safe bet that Mr Gomez will get many more minutes than Mr Blunden.

Gomez gets 1st line minutes after 1 period... and I wouldnt have much to argue about that. If anything it may mean less Darche. I really wanna see what Gomez can do tomorrow.

And Darche-Eller-Blunden? Really? Eller must be wondering what he has to do to get some offensive guys to play with. Meanwhile Desharnais is laughing, as he consistently gets the best wingers and all the PP time while consistently being the weakest center. I understand the idea behind protecting Desharnais and having him go up against the other teams less explosive lines, but at some point you have to think about giving Eller the opportunity to succeed offensively.

I'd put Gomez with Eller and Palushaj. Palushaj played ok yesterday.

That would definitly be better for Eller.
I'd even play Eller on the second line with DD centering the 3rd with Gomez and Palushaj. Darche, Noka and Blunden are clearly the 4th line players in that lineup.

exactly what I would do, play Eller instead of DD on the 2nd line cause he makes more things happen 5 on 5 and keep playing DD on the pp

Why not Gomez-Eller-Palushaj anyways? Darche-Noke-Blunden was a good line so why break it too?
Maybe Martin will revert to this when (if) he sees Gomez is ready to play.

Gomez is only in the 4th line for conditioning purposes. Wouldn't even surprise me if he takes over DD's spot at some point during the game.

I guess Martin starts with that and then he will switch it up during the game depending on the score
