Buffalo @ Boston - 7:00 PM (MSG and NESN)

Surprised no one took this one...This is my first GDT

Going for minimalism here...Feel free to fill in lines, as I can't find anything definitive.

Prediction time!

Sabres keep the train a-rollin', 4-2

LET'S GO BUFFALO!!!

Should be a close game. Miller with the start.
I'd say 4-3, Sabres win in OT. Let's Go Buffalo!

I have a bad feeling about this one. Boston is hot and well-rested, and we're playing the second of a back-to-back on the road. I think we fall behind 2-0 in the 1st, pull within 3-2 midway through the 3rd period, but Boston scores an empty-netter late. Bruins win, 4-2.

Vanek (c'mon, it's Boston and he owns them)
Stafford (c'mon, it's Boston and they should be happy he's not scoring a hat trick)

Lucic
Krecji
Bergeron
Marchand (EN)

It'll be interesting to see if they match Chara against LRS, who's been Buffalo's best ES line over the last five or so games, or Vanek-Pominville, both of whom always seem to play well against Boston. Also, Ennis has always given Boston's bigger, more lumbering defenders trouble with his shiftiness, so his absence hurts a little in a game like this.

After a 3-7 start that was a worst for a defending Cup team in 16 years, the Bruins have won all four of their November games -- scoring 24 goals -- to get back to .500 at 7-7.

The Sabres went 4-1-1 against the Bruins last year and beat Vezina Trophy winner Tim Thomas in three of those games. Thomas (5-4-1, 2.00, .931) is expected to play goal tonight for Boston against Buffalo's Ryan Miller.

Dan Paille was back on the ice with a full cage 2 days after having his nose fixed so he may be a go. Should get Peverley back too. Andrew Ference is out with a lower body injury.

Tuukka Rask may be getting the start.

Lucic-Krejci-Horton
Marchand-Bergeron-Seguin
Caron/Hamill/Pouliot/Peverley-Kelly (2 out of 3)
Pouliot/Paille-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Boychuk
Corvo-Seidenberg
Kampfer- McQuaid

I hope Miller gets a shutout if for no other reason than that people will stop posting ridiculous things in the goatlending controversy thread.

Hoping for two points, but I'll take a solid Miller outing (just to stymie the GCT for a bit).

Per Claude Julien

Peverley is a game time decision. No Paille

Miller needs to have a big game if the team wants to win. I'm not sure what to expect from the game tonight. Boston did have yesterday off, but last night wasn't a real tough game for the Sabres. I'm not too concerned about fatigue. Should be a good game.

Allow 4 or fewer and I'll get off your ass, Miller. I'm starting to feel bad for him.

Buffalo go?!?

Boston's been playing well, but the teams they've been playing aren't exactly the best in the league. EARN THIS WIN. LET'S GO VANEK.

Sabres 3-2.

Same can be said about us. Our 4 game winning streak consisted of beating the sens twice, the jets and the flames. 3 teams that will not be playoff teams

I like the cut of this game's jib. Being on the road against the champs will have everyone's attention. Second of back to back they'll survive on adrenaline. Defensive play is coming around, guys are warming up. No matter who's in goal, 3-2 Sabres!
