Maybe next year will Pacioretty be an All-Star.

Plus Subban has played like a #1 once again. Hopefully Subban will become not only our poster boy but a league-wide poster boy too.

Nice win...where are the Nervous Nellies that thought we'd come out of this trip with no points?

Not a graceful performance but until 95% of the team is healthy, you do what you have to do.

I loved Subban's play on the goal. Last year he would have taken the shot when he cut through the middle but he knew everyone was expecting that so he just gives to Pacioretty who just blasts it under the bar! Fun game to watch!

All the people complaining about Budaj starting, especially Gaston Therrien, can shove it. He was very good tonight.

What a precise shot by Pacioretty after he had just made an amazing attempt seconds before. PK with a great play to pass the puck and drive to the net. It probably distracted Rinne enough.

Great game by DD. Not surprised it coincides with the return of Gomez.

Diaz had a rough game. He needs to be benched.

Cause he's a boring, but effective coach.

Max made a great shot to win it.

Your team played a good game. Either team could have won it.

Love those gold jerseys the Preds wear.

Good luck the rest of the season..Go Sergei Kosti. score 30 goals this year for the Preds.

That's the Subban we love!

I thought Palushaj had a great game as well, made some decent passes, and was throwing his body around.

Did anyone else think this was a pretty fairly, well balanced game by the referees?

Yeah I thought it was pretty well reffed. Kind of refreshing, considering we don't get many of them.

budaj reminds me of halak...relatively small goalie but has quick legs. potential replacement for price when its time to trade carey.

Was surprised to see that the Habs didn't collapse after that short-handed goal.

It wasn't pretty, but that's how you grind a win out on the road.

Hopefully, the Habs can gain momentum and grab a few W's.

I was one of the few people who liked the signing. On a defense first team, he can be effective - he's sloppy and unorthodox but he's alert all game. Hopefully he keeps it up and lets us rest Price a bit more, because right now that's 2/2 good games from him.

Getting out of Colorado was the best thing he could have done for his career. Playing in front of a competent defense with a good goalie coach should do wonders for a guy with his talent.

Agreed.

It does bear mentioning, since its so rare that you see games like that.

If only luck was on the team's side in those first 7 games, could have grabbed a couple of wins and they'd be just fine. Anyways, they are showing character and look at this (boring) but well-coached team keep plugging away, ready to really turn the jets on mid-season- when Markov's return should really be a great boost and hopefully help to avoid that usual midseason Habs slump.

Ya, it doesn't usually get mentioned but the refs did a good job. Both teams got away with a couple little things but that's about it
