Well, I checked with my rep and he wasn't sure why the charged me the $540. He's looking into it this morning... but he says it wasnt for the winter classic and it wasnt my monthly payment.
I see some others have gotten their tix already. I haven't heard from them yet... I've had my tix since 1998.

Knicks just sent out refunds to Season Ticket Holders for cancelled games, Jim Dolan is probably paying for those by charging the amount to Rangers Season Ticket Holders
Just checked my account, and have been offered section 113 row 33. Wondering if that will be high enough to be able to see decently. If you click on the invoice itself in your account, you can see the locations. I have had seats since 98.
Has anyone asked their reps if the tickets will be available for PDF downloading from your account or will they only be hard tickets that you have to bring to the game

I got offered Sect. 130, row 19. I was wondering the same thing about the height of the seats.

According to the online invoice, you do have the opportunity to not have the tickets shipped and print them as PDF's instead.

I just checked mine as well. Ive got Section 113 row 28.
What is the price breakdown of those seats? It looks like ticketmaster is hitting us with $40 in fees per seat??? I think they are $189 each, and there is a $15 shipping charge... but my total is $473?
Not to sound like a cynical jackass, but as a guy who gets to watch every college hockey game in my hometown from about 40 feet away, paying to have to use binoculars to see the game seems a little off. I think i'd rather spend new years on the couch watching them struggle to clear the ice every 5 minutes in the warmth.
Games at MSG are great for the atmosphere and just the fun of being in the city. But there? meh.

So, knowing that the higher rows on the field level are probably going to be better than the lower rows sight line wise, it doesn't surprise me that it looks like the Rangers filled the $229 seats from front to back. Someone forgot that closer to the ice isn't necessarily better in this case.
Just saw they have me down for 113, Row 23. Never got an email or a phone call though...happened to catch it while forwarding some tickets in the account manager.
I had tix since 91 and well I got seats behind the foul pole so I won't be able to see anything. That was my third choice to so somehow they aren't going by length of ticket holders as others have gotten better seats in the price ranges that I put first and second, while I get stuck behind a foul pole where the Flyers shoot twice.
You should just get it. HBO is fantastic. And now that HBO Go is around, it's even better.
