I'd give him a shot. If he can't get it done send him to OKC. At 1.5 the gamble may be worth it. Hagman has been a good player, in fact he's been decent this year so far.

I don't see any need for Hagman on this club. If we are sending MPS down we probably bring up a Hartsi or Omark.

Phaneuf AND Aulie for Stajan ... nice move Sutter! That deal is the very definition of a panic move.

We should be talking to Columbus right now.

He's only going to need 10 or so goals.

I didn't realize Hagman's dad played with the Oilers between '80-'82.

Like I said, we can only be so lucky, because that'll show them.

Well, Matti Hagman is considered to be the most talented Finnish hockey player of all time.

He just didn't like to play in Gretzky's shadow and came back to Europe.

The guy is an absolute legend.

The Phanuef deal should go down as one of the worst in modern history. It smelled bad when it looked like they got two decent top sixers and a top 4 dman back in White, but he turned to Babchuk who's barely plays, Stajan who last I seen was a healthy scratch, and Hagman is out and they still pay half his salary. Burke got the best two players in the deal.

I find it interesting that the Ducks started picking up spare parts awhile ago(jfj, JDD and a few others in the summer time) and they have been struggling--Maybe they knew they were going to be in trouble from the start of the season
