What sort of depth did we have lately that we even could have depleted...?

I was wondering the same thing.

Unfortunately, he was injured right at the time we made some call-ups. There's also some concern about him having to switch wings being an issue. Not a huge one, necessarily, but while trying to adjust to the NHL game, it might be a little more than you would want to ask from a young guy. Lastly, the call-ups haven't consistently gotten big minutes. Holland is on his way back to Syracuse, as well. They will be counted on soon enough, but for now, it seems it would be best for them to keep playing big minutes in the A.

I think Hagman will do well in Anaheim. Unfortunately he just wasn't working out well in Calgary. I can see this working out for both teams. Hagman may catch fire again with his fellow Fins. The Flames owners are happy saving 1.5 million and Feaster gains more flexibility by losing a contract... hopefully he does something with it soon.

What's next for Anaheim, Dominic Moore and Alexei Ponikarovsky?

The contract expires at the end of the year, so, uh, this one.

Man, I'll bet Anaheim could really use a 3rd line centre too, hey? Maybe another ex-Leaf?

Please no. I'll take Peter Holland over another ex-leaf.
