Terrible feeling about tonight.

Isles always turn into monsters when they play us and we always have a letdown game vs them.

First lose tonight

Everyone stop it. The Rangers are going to come out flying tonight and they are going to prove why they have won 6 games in a row.

We are taking the 7th in a row tonight, and our 10th of the season. Book it.

Ladies and Gents, friendly reminder in advance:

Opposing fans are WELCOME on our board. Just because someone sports an Islanders or Devils avatar does not mean they're prohibited from posting here. If people are being respectful and engaging in substantive conversation, we're happy to have them. Any post that is in any way rude or disrespectful to another user simply because of their team allegiance will be considered a flame and dealt with accordingly.

By the same token, we do hate trolls. If someone comes here to troll, they'll be removed from the conversation. However, please ignore the troll and report the post so that we can deal with it, rather than quoting and responding to them 50 times. That just creates more stuff to delete.

Thanks. LGR!

If Gabby of last year had a hatty against the Piles..

Seriously though, I expect that line to combine for 2-3 goals this game.

I wouldn't start Biron just because it's been such a gap in between games and our next one isn't until Saturday.

Can't have Henrik not playing for a week.

You don't want Henrik to be out too long, its like a pitcher going in a 6 man rotation, he can lose his rhythm. I don't see Biron getting a start until december, and I have no problem with that. If anything, maybe he starts in florida next week.

Yeah, I can't see any reason to star Biron. He'll be playing a lot of games in the months when we have heavy schedules. Would not be surprised to see him get 4=5 games in December and 5-6 in March.

Same to you. There's no word on Staal yet. Could be weeks, could be months, could be for the season.

My fantasy team needs points from gabby, Stepan, richards and Cally..

So I say NYC bags it 4-2...

With richards and gabby having a 2+1 evening..

Seriously? I don't understand Capuano sometimes. I know he's not playing well, but he can't get better if he doesn't play.

Okposo is just plain bad right now, this should be a good wake up call.

Is Lundqvist the definite starter?

I understand why he sat Okposo. Sitting a scrub wouldn't have sent a message. Sitting Okposo should.
