So pumped to see Travis Brown ranked 60th! So much for him being one of my super sleepers.

Other observations:

- Ryan Murray at 10th? Don't see it, sorry Craig.

- Slater Koekoek will likely end up higher then 25th. I really like him.

- Severson is higher then I would have him, but I still think he's a 2nd round talent.

- Ebert @ 37?

- Love to see Volek at 45. Never seen him ranked that high, but I do personally have him ranked in the second round. Nice eye, Craig.

- Thrower at 52nd is fair, although he's the kind of guy that team's will totally fall in love with.

- Sissons at 48 is pretty bang on.

Overall Craig gets ripped to shreds but I find myself liking his rankings sometimes....especially for much of his WHL guys.

There is no absolutely no way that two injured players --- Rielly and Galchenyuk --- go i the Top 5. Will never happen.

Also, Grigo is too low at 6. Filip Forsberg is not a better player than Grigo.

and who are these Euro D going ahead of Ceci? Ceci is one of the best D prospects in the CHL and is the best D prospect I have seen in the OHL in a while. He is a better d-man than Pouliot, Trouba, and Reinhart. Methinks Craig hasn't seen him yet.

He really put the boots to Murray by putting Dumba,Rielly and Reinhart ahead of him, barely ahead of Pouliot. I still think there is a player in there, he's just stuck in a bad situation. Everett is not very good with him and brutal without him.

Grigorenko is still not getting enough love from Button.

Find it funny that the "experts" all say this draft is so deep. Looking at this list, last year's draft was deeper

Can you expand on Brown?

I know you were pumping Adam Lowry last year and now he's off to a great start for the Broncos this year..

How high, can should Brown go? And what type of game does he have.

I agree with Renegade in that Ryan Murray shouldn't be that low. I see him ahead of all WHL dmen except for Dumba.

I think Derrick Pouliot takes a big drop to near out of the first round.

Dalton Thrower may join the talks with the BIG 5 WHL dmen fairly soon and could pass Pouliot.

I still think Winther may crack the top 2 rounds.

Volek is a big head scratcher????

I know Ebert hasn't produced this year as expected (points-wise), but that seems to be a pretty significant drop.

At 6'2, Brown is an imposing figure on the blueline that loves to play tough and physical.

Despite that size, he's a very good skater and needs to be considered well above average for a large defenseman. He is not afraid to jump into the rush and join the play. Along with those offensive smarts, he also has nice offensive tools. He's a strong passer and has a solid shot.

Defensively, he also holds his own. In my viewings he's been very strong in his one on one defensive play. He's got a quick and active stick and features solid body positioning

How much have you seen of Volek? Kid's a fun player to watch, great hands, good skater and is always one of the most physical players on the ice. Good bloodlines, too.

I don't see the same out of Winther as you do, either, for the record.

Ebert and Murray are way too low, Murray should be in the top 5 IMO and Ebert at least in the top 25.

I think Pouliot should be in the bottom of the first round, if not lower. Ceci and Koekkoek should be ahead of him.

At this point, I think Severson is more of a threat to overtake Pouliot than Thrower is.

I recently compared Severson and Thrower. They are very similar players. Thrower moves better but Severson seems to have more size and 'power' to his game, despite not being as tough as Dalton.

I have them ranked side by side in round two at this point, but they are both players that could go way earlier then anyone expects.

I could see them both having a Ryan Sproul-like buzz about them by the end of the year.

You always have to remember that Button WILL NOT rank a player that he has not seen play. If he hasn't seen Hudon, that could be a reason why he's not listed.

While it is still a great year for defensemen, but is it just me that there are a lot more forwards suddenly getting interest?

Teräväinen seems to be a bit high and Määttä seems to be a bit low for me.

Thats a great policy too.

Craig takes alot of heat at times, but hes out there watching games. I repsect the work he puts into his lists.

I cant see anyone taking Galchenyuk over Grigorenko. Also Reinhart ahead of Murray? Reinhart has looked good at times this year but other times he just doesnt come across as a top10 talent. I dont know too much about the swedes Lindholm and Bystrom, can anyone elaborate? Also whats seperating Collberg from being top 10? I have heard some swedish posters say they prefer Collberg to Forsberg. Also I think Faksa is going to keep rising although I havent seen enough of him to say he has first line potential, but he is leading the charge in Kitchener.

EDIT: Just realized how much I was criticizing the list, Button obviously talks to a lot of scouts and watches a lot of players live so I really dont have the right to disagree. I more am just curious as to why he has those players ranked as such. Also Anyone from Baie-Comeau have a scouting report on Bussieres? Thanks
