Damn!
Naslund & Bertuzzi vs Garon =
Im scared about this one. We will need a very strong PK and PP if we want to win tonight.

Maybe the Sharks tired them out?

Garon's fine and Hauser is a VERY capable backup.

I hope Hauser gets his shot someday with the Kings. He's certainly done everything the club has asked him to do.

Maybe Adam can get a start on Saturday. Of course that will depend on if LaBarbera is back and how Garon feels after 4 in a row.

if "feels" = "does tonight", then I'm with you

Fortunately (or unfortunately if you're Hauser), I think we'll only see him in relief if we see him at all, and for the Kings sake - I hope that doesn't become an issue. They need the points!

Adam definately has some experience mopping up for Garon. Let's hope he doesn't need to call on those experiences...

That would just be 100% the wrong message to send to the team and the fans...

Garon's the guy... he's played just fine this year and that he lost 3-2 in Nashville was no indication of his being Cechmanek-like. the offense needs to step it up, the Power Play needs to... uh, completely overhaul, and the stupid penalties should go away... tonight should be a good game...

I hate to say it, as I loved the guy when he was coaching the IHL Ice Dogs and respected him when he was GMing the WCHL version of the team... but with the way the PP has been suffering for a while now, isn't it time for Van Boxmeer to be given other duties, as the assistant coach spot doesn't seem to be gelling for him?

somethings gotta be done to jumpstart the PP, it will start causing the Kings to lose games.

It's already started (see last game), only some people continue to blame the goaltending, instead.

I agree, he was great with the Ice Dogs when I had season seats a few years back, but he's not cutting it as an assistant coach. Next.
