Cally
Hank
Richards

Avery played very well tonight too.

Hanks 2nd period, and his game as a whole, was great.

2. Henrik
3.Cally
As a Rangers fan I felt this game had the markings for a sure fire loss. I love when they prove me wrong.

We will welcome you with open arms if you'd like to root for a good team.

We would hold no grudges for you picking the wrong team, first.

Amazing that it's been 18 years since these two teams have played each other in the playoffs.

1. Richards
2. Hank
3. Callahan

Honorable mention to Eminger who played a good game with a nice goal on a pinch and was solid defensively, Sauer and MDZ continue to be solid, Avery with a nice goal as well and good puck control down low, and Dubi made a great play on the 3rd goal

Girardi was playing the puck instead of the man on the 2nd Isles goal, he was on the PK but should have had the man tied up, he had a few flubs trying to clear the puck as well

Gaborik needs to hit the net a bit more and Stepan has to bury that when Nabokov is flailing like a fish

Redden: Whatever it is on the Island that makes the Rangers take stupid offensive zone penalties like it is going out of style and the Rangers PP

It doesn't really matter but... why wasn't there a faceoff at the end?

Richards showed real leadership tonight, like he sensed what was missing and just supplied it, which was howitzers from in front.

2nd star - Henrik
3rd star - Callahan

Rangers should have saluted the crowd and come out for the 3 star announcements the way this one was.

I wish the NYR fans would show that kind of enthusiasm in, you know, our home games.

The NHL can not have the Rangers ahead of Pittsburgh. Someone from the top called in a favor.
