They didn't count the goal. The clock expired and the teams went in. Then they realized it was a goal. They aren't calling the players back out for a .5 second puck drop.

All three have 23 points, but the Rangers have a game in hand on both PA teams. Philthy is down a goal in the third, so it may be that we have two games on hand. Pens are tied 0-0 early in the game.
yeah def agreed, although its way too early to predict any of it but it most certainly looks like itll be that way. lets not forget the devils and islanders we have to respect them. i think our division teams 1-5 has been the deepest divison since the lockout regardless of the 1 bad phily season, nj last year and the isles. the isles i think would finish way better if they were in a diff division. the atlantic division year in and out is always one of the toughest in the league. when sid comes back its just gonna be that much harder to keep up with them. i am very interested if philly can keep pace with what they are doing right now. i really didn't think they would be this good this early, i think as the season grinds on a slip in team play probably most liekly will happen (i hope so). but great point you make about the atlantic divison. itll be nice to see the devils finish 8th for once and the rangers finish top 4.

THAT was a damn exciting game. I didn't even have the spirit to leave the TV to come to this forum. Well played - cheers all around including the Isles.

Cally - superb pass on the 2nd goal.
Avery skating hard (though that was a gift from the Isles)
Richards, picks his corner and hits it.

And Henrik - JEEZ! He is just UNREAL.

This game gave me a headache. The screaming after BR's goal only attributed to it.

1. Hank
2. Callahan
3. Brad Richards

MAKE IT 8.

Hank, Cally and Richards.

BTW, the scoreboard is wrong, Hank has 4 1st's and 3 2nd's -> 4*3+3*2=12+6=18 not 15.

The Avalanche are so error prone.
Without actually knowing, I bet it was a giveway in their own zone for the 4th Pengies goal.

I had to give Dubi a star for the great play he made at the blue line and the pass to Richards for the game winning goal.

Couple times in the game where I wish Artie would have taken the puck towards the middle and at the goal instead of keeping the cycle going. For some reason, i feel like we've only seen him unleash his speed and power from the circles during pre-season.

Otherwise, great game all around. Think Eminger and Woywitka are more than carrying their weight.

1) Cally
2) Hank
3) Richards

As 2k2 said, it was a very enjoyable and entertaining game however it really shouldn't have been a close game. Happy with how we played and the final result however.

7 in a row baby!!!

Richards has been a great signing to this point and the Stepan line continue to play well.
