Cheating on the Habs?

So . . . Habs are my #1 team with the Hawks a very very distant second. I've only ever worn Habs and Team Canada gear but have been tempted to get a Hawks t-shirt, mostly because they just look good. But I keep feeling like I'd be cheating on the Habs so I haven't done it. Yes, this is dumb I know but curious to know what others think (apart from thinking this is dumb of course)

Buy and wear it. Being a Habs fan doesn't prevent you from being a hockey fan.

I know but I'm conflicted. I won't even get those Original 6 t-shirts because they have a small Bruins logo on them.

The funny thing is my wife sometimes thinks I might cheat on her and I can't even do this!

Look at this way. If you're married, would your wife mind you having a girlfriend and carrying her picture in your wallet or, better yet, going around with a T-Shirt with your girlfriend's picture on it?

Eh? Eh?

Only Habs for me period .I cheer for them , and that is it .

Team Canada jersey i wear , that is fine .
I would never wear another teams NHL jersey.

If you like the Hawks shirt, buy it an hang it up on the wall(in a picture frame so you can't wear it), i wouldn't never wear it around .

Just my personal view.

PS: trust your feelings on this one .

My point exactly. Don't do it, you'll feel cheap and dirty.

It's only cheating if you get caught.

Go ahead, come on man your a hockey fan, specially a Hawks t-shirt, I love them. Now if you bought a Bruins or Leafs shirt, because "they look" nice or something we have a problem.

Specially since they are in a difference conference, and we don't have any rival with them. Its like saying I can't play Franchise Mode in NHL 12 unless its with the Habs or something.

You didn't have to limit yourself to one.

It's ok,
I'm a habs fan but also like the rangers.

I bought a rangers cap and I dont care.
Its not cheating
Its what is in your heart that counts

Loving the Bruins or the Maple leafs is cheating though

Nothing wrong with being proud of a no. 2 team. Hawks are an acceptable choice. If it's the Leafs, Bruins, or Flyers, though, turn in your Hab card.

I'd stop watching hockey before that ever happened, that's just wrong on multiple levels

Always liked the Oilers, but I don't think I'd ever wear their jersey, or any other jersey(Canada excluded). Nothing wrong with it though, but I feel like if I'm going to be wearing a hockey shirt/jersey, it'll be Montreal.

It ain't cheating unless you get caught. Moral of the story; Wear other team's gear indoors when you're alone.

All kidding aside, who cares? You're a hockey fan, you can wear other team's stuff as much or as little as you want.

Ask that Bruins fan that posts here, LoneWolf. I don't know how she does it, but apparently she likes both Montreal and Boston.

I actually had a Jets hat I bought on a trip to Winnipeg a couple years ago. I wore it here and there on occasion. Kind of liked the retro old NHL thing it represented.

Now that the Jets are back, never going to wear it again.

It's not that hard to be a fan of both, trust me.
