This team is hard to swallow sometimes. We really need to have some kind of pressure at the end of games...

Oh man, I guess Smith felt bad for stealing SK74's shot at the net and decided he wouldnt score either.

I can't tell if he's going to go into the dressing room laughing his ass off or beating himself up.

This is the Erat I know and love. Looked very dominant out there. Beating everyone to loose pucks. Gotta like his effort.

Trotz did not look happy with smith.
While it was really funny, that is just WOW kind of bad.
Regardless, awesome preds win! Really wish we wouldn't try to score late in the third but a win is a win.

Good for Smith. Learn your lessons early.
P.S. SK could have 4 assists night.

What I was thinking. Even better if it won't affect the result of the game.

What, are you referring to my post? I'm still figuring out how those stars are given, other than on fanboy basis.

The team looked kind of flat for the first and third, though, and, I wasn't able to watch as intently as I would have liked. The second period saw a lot of good chances. Terrible in the face off dot. Outshout pretty heavily in the third. Smith could have had two goals. Ut instead he goes to bed tonight with images of a post and a missed empty net. Oh well. Two points. Time to move on to the next one.
Bring on the Jackets

Just wanted to come to your board and congratulate you guys on a solid win. It was tough to watch as a Leaf fan and Rinne looked to be worth every penny tonight. The guy is gonna be a star goalie for a long time to come. I hope you guys can make the playoffs and make a deep run. It's great that Nashville stayed where it belongs, and that the fanbase seems to be growing larger, more vocal and rabid. You guys probably have the most underrated fanbase in the league imo. It was great to see the arena on its feet after a good win.
Good luck in the future. Look forward to the next meeting and keep spreading the great game of hockey!

He didnt look happy at all. Did you see Fisher give him a nudge on the bench and say its alright, smith stared straight not flinching. He was embarrassed/pissed, it was his first big mistake, he was bound to take one sooner or later. Next time he wont be shooting for the moon on the EN shot, no need to be fancy on those.
