The only defense for Reechi is that everybody who goes on Boston sports radio suddenly becomes totally dumb. Those guys are pretty good at getting your dumbness well known.
what did he say?

Martin is not a perfect coach, but honestly, there is not a lot of coaches who can implement a better system and give some structure to a team.
I wonder why Bruce Boudreau is still coaching the Caps. They, along with Buffalo, seemed to do the most to strengthen their team in the offseason. After a fast start the Caps have done into a nosedive. (Anyone still think that losing Hamrlik was a mortal blow to the Habs?) The Caps were massacred by the Leafs last night. Right now, we can speak favorably only of Buffalo, especially since Enroth has proved he can capably back up Miller.

I found Enroth weak in their loss last night to Jersey. But he has been playing well.

I could never adjust to Recchi and it's a disgrace that he wore a Habs jersey. I thought the trade was terrible at the time, firstly I heard that the Habs had traded Desjardin for the punk which I though was overpayment, then they said LeClair and I wanted to go postal

Desjardin was a great Dman who became Philly's best then LeClair exploded into a 50 goal scorer for this loud mouthed *********.

The Bruins benefited from the usual hatchet job their media does on any opponent they face and the ridiculous bias HNIC has for their #2 favorite team. It was sickening to see, both in our series and the finals, Canadian broadcasters actively rooting against the teams they're supposed to be propping up.

But apparently throwing water bottles, flipping off crowds, suckerpunches, headshots and whining in the media are all gentlemanly endeavours.

Recchi should stick to taking care of his patients, the guy is a world class doctor, and shouldn't be taking shots at the guys from Vancouver...

hmmm... while he may have a point, discretion is usually the best course of action. looks like Recchi M.D. hasn't learned anything all these years...

by the way, when did he turn into a douchenozzle?

How I wish we signed McGrattan.
He's destroying everybody in his path. Probably the best and most entertaining heavyweight this season.

But no we can't have a place for a goon on this team.. we are the elite of the NHL.

He became a trash talking tough guy when he landed in Beantown...classy, real classy... I would be a tough guy if Chara had my back too...

I do not understand why Leonsis and GMGM continously vote in favour of Boudreau. I understand sticking by people but I believe BB has served his purpose as the coach in DC. The recent slaughters Washington has suffered is way more worrying than fighting your heart out and lose by a goal or two. The team seem totally disinterested to play once things don't fall their way immediately - I think BB has lost the room.

Overall Bruce hasn't been too bad but given the quality of players that he has been given to work with he should have at least once made it beyond the second round in the Playoffs.

Sid! Watch the Isles have a bench clearing brawl as soon as he gets on the ice.

If you use the same logic for Martin in Ottawa to BB with the Caps, then he has been horrendous.

Personally, I do not like BB, Ithink they should have made a change a while ago.

If Crosby played for Boston they'd have a channel dedicated to showing Boston games.
