Chris Holt - most overrated prospects on this board

Chris Holt is, without question, the most overrated prospects on this board...
everyone seems to love sandwiching him into the Top 20-25 range while naming him a future NHL backup...what nonsense...Holt may stick as an AHL backup.

Care to shed some light as to why you feel this way?

How many games did you see him play?
Are you a pro scout?
Did you ever once put together a scouting report or advance scout a player?
If you said yes to any of the above shut the F$$k up and let the kid develope his game as a first year pro

This is why girls shouldn't talk about sports.

he's clumsy and flat out poor.

I don't like his game.

There are too many average goalies, he has no future.

None.

Between your silly posts and jorts ridiculous trade ideas I'm not sure who adds less to the board between the two of you. Its certainly a close race.

Anyway, the jump from college to the AHL is pretty difficult, especially for goalies. Add to that the d in Hartford has been pretty horrific based on the amount of shots given up each game making the goalies job even worse. Give the guy half a season or so before you start to write him off. Don't compare his perfomance to that of Montoya's. Al has the potential to be a star in the NHL. No body here expects Holt to do the same.
