Happy Thanksgiving

Just wanted to wish everyone well today. I hope you all enjoy your holiday, over-indulge, and don't get in too many verbal wars with that particular pesky relative that you only see a couple of times per year

Seriously, though, have a great Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!

Getting ready to start cooking Thanksgiving dinner, my Mother, sister, and one of her friends all drove in last night and arrived in one piece so I'm already thankful. Wishing everyone safe travels wherever they might be going for the holiday, lots of food, drink, and some good old fashioned family time!

Wishing there was a home Predators game coming up though as my sister wants to introduce her friend to the sport, I'm working, but my Mother is considering taking them all down to Centennial tomorrow for the Black Friday open practice at 11 AM.

Have the Preds ever had a game on Thanksgiving night? I remember the Thrashers in their first few years having a game on Thanksgiving, but then after the lockout I don't think they ever had another game.

Yep, 3 times, 2005-2007.
Oddly enough, we're undefeated on Thanksgiving day and New Years Eve, both 3-0-0

Just got done with my yearly tradition of sending a picture of a giant smoked turkey to PETA's E-Mail address.

And now, to rest.

The real one was a few weeks ago.

Enjoy the food, and be thankful for what you have. Eat till you burst!

The best part is this man is not joking. I've seen it before with my own eyes.

Or maybe it was with someone else's eyes. It was a wild couple of days...
