Wish I could watch from work. Looks like I'll have to rely on NHL.com and the GDT from my phone. Oh well.

Yup. Glad to hear. I thought Torts might have scratched Sean. I'm a little surprised that Stralman isn't playing, guess he figures we could use Woywitka's better defense against the fire-powered Caps.

I like the lineup. I'd like to have seen another game with Stralman but meh, it's not a major issue. I'm also really glad Torts scratched Christensen and not Avery.

Would it have killed to have Stralman play 1, 2 games in the AHL in a conditioning stint? He looked terrible out there last game...

agreed on Stralman. I mean the guy got 1 game in. But yea it may be just because the Caps offense and Woywitka is more of a stay at home

thank goodness EC scatched. We could see him dumped shortly and especially when Rupp, WW are healthy

Tortorella...scratching Christensen? Hallelujah! Rejoice!

Really happy Hagelin is in, hope he sees more than 2 minutes.

That will be negated when Woywitka tries an outlet pass and coughs it up right on to Ovechkin's stick who snipes it home.

The reason Christensen is never scratched is because we have a creepy knack for going to the shootout when he sits. Tonight it's going to be no different.

Gotta stop the bleeding. To be good in this league when you have a loss or 2, its crucial to stop the bleeding before you go on a long losing steak.

Last time we had a really early game I thought we'd get dominated in, Cally scored 4 goals.

I would've liked a Dubinsky demotion to the 3rd line, more.

He needs to be demoted, but Boyle needs to stop getting so many minutes.

hard to believe that Fedetenko is more deserving than Zuccs for top 6 minutes
