This account i follow on twitter titled "NHLwiki" said the Habs have inquired about Bobby Ryan of the Ducks and have offered Cammy+prospect
Just throwing it out there for something to talk about dont know how reliable he is, interessting though since both our teams are slumping and might be in need of a change.
Do. It. Now!
Ryan is the complete package. He would fit right in with Pacioretty and Cole.

No way in hell Anaheim does this, what a terrible trade. Maaaaaayyybe Cammy and a 1st but still thats pushing it. Why not give up a D prospect we have a billion of them and we need scoring.
It must be - an important to Canada team is playing. Of course, I'm referring to the pens....
im just curious. I'm in calgary and it says that the Edmonton and Colorado game is on when I look at the guide. But these guides are programmed over a month ago so I was curious to know that since Cindy Crysby is back they would make it national.

It's the game in the east, according to my guide. Usually we get the laffs in the east - apparently we're big fans? Nobody told us that - we're mostly Habs fans down here...
I'm not saying I believe the rumour, but did it take a random poster to confirm what you think?
haha no but why would someone specifically say its his cousins twitter account and lie about it whats he trying to prove. I still think its been talked about between the two teams it makes plenty of sense i just hate the fact we gotta give up a top prospect its not like our prospect pool is deep and we can afford to give them away

yeah I'm from Halifax so I know. Usually we get the leafs out west too because the local games start later here anyway with the time change and everything. The one ****ing time the laffs aren't playing they put ****ing edmonton and colorado on?..WHAT A JOKE
23 points on a possibility of 46 in 23 games is .500.
No, you don't get it.

The 3 OT or SO "losses" = the ties we had in the old times... But they give 1 point, anyway.
A team could "loose" ALL its games in OT or SO and STILL be a .500 team with 82 points in the standings.
Is it still too hard to understand ?
You're confusing things.

Correct. Points percentage is not the same thing.
We've lost more than we've won. We are below .500 in win percentage.

How does the term 'overtime loss' become 'more of a tie' when ties don't exist in the NHL? It's a LOSS dude.
I really hope that someday we have a team that's good enough that we don't worry about what a .500 record is.
