Louis is great at cycling the puck!

Moen Desharnais Cole

Kosti Eller Leblanc
Darche Noko Palushaj

Either way you look at it, the Habs are losing their best scorer for 3 games. Not good!
I like the idea as well of Leblanc with Eller and Kosty. But the Cammy-Pleks-Gionta line needs to be split up.

AK-Eller-Leblanc
Cammy-Pleks-Cole
Moen-DD-Gionta
Darche-Noko-Palashaj or Weber (pending Markov's return)

Relieved -- this means JM won't play Markov at forward.

Looking forward to seeing LL in a Habs uniform, perfect scenario IMO because everyone knows it's an emergency callup due Pax suspension, so no big question if and drama when he returns to the Dogs. Go LL Go Habs !!!

Kinda does, If you go back in time, (date unknown), but there was a 30 thoughts article by elliotte friedman. It said that many GM's were hoping the habs didn't give up on Pacioretty when he "called them out". That they wanted to get their hands on him, the past mistakes are part of the gainey era. Stop putting them on this general manager jesus

I imagine Leblanc will start on the 4th line to get his feet wet. Movement can be made based on performance, but I'm just hoping he can keep up with the pace of the game and play solid D. Also kind of sick of the Cammy-Plek-Gio line.

Moen-Plekanec-Gionta
Cammalleri-Desharnais-Cole
Kostitsyn-Eller-Palushaj
Darche-Nokelainen-Leblanc

I haven't seen him play at all, but nothing to me indicates he's ready to play in the NHL Hopefully he doesn't embarrass himself, althoguh I don't see what harm he can do in the 4-6 minutes he'll likely play.

Wow, get a clue. Leblanc isn't our or anybody's savior, it's true he is our top forward prospects but he's still very raw and havent prove all that much in the AHL so far. It might concludes in a beneficial experience for him but there is no way he's locking us a playoff spot, let alone secure a Stanley Cup. You are delusionnal.

Really hope RDS don't go overboard riling up the "French or bust" part of the fanbase. Would hate to see Latendresse 2.0.

This really shows how unbelievably weak the habs are organizational depth wise at forward.

The habs need to look into trading any pending UFA's even if the playoffs are still a likely option, because it's time to replenish some of those traded away picks.

I'd hate to see it, but if the team is playing well and Moen kept up any semblance of what he was doing now and the team was offered a 2nd round pick or a decent prospect for him? Think about what adding him to a playoff team would do, might be there is a bidding war on him.

Kostitsyn as well and as much as I hate to say it, Gorges. His value at the deadline would be insane, not superstar great or anything but a 23 minutes per night shutdown d-man who has 30ish point potential and is still relatively young and just healthy? And trading for him gives you the chance to let him play there and see how he likes it leading up to July 1.

I hope the habs re-sign all 3 of those guys and it's something easily done but if they are going to nickel and dime them and just let them walk I don't care if they are 2 points back of the division lead, they should trade them. Maybe not all, maybe all, maybe just 1. I will be quite upset if all 3 of those guys are held onto this whole season and then any one of them not re-sign with the Habs.

He's 2nd on the team in shots with 48 in 14 games.

Well they don't play till Friday and last I heard Dumont and Conboy were close to returning so hopefully both are good. Plus maybe they will send St-Denis down if Markov can go.

Conboy has been out the past couple weeks.

Leblanc has been at RW, hasn't played center at all. Avtsin-DeSimone-Leblanc.
Good call Montreal

This is actually a good opportunity to give Leblanc some NHL time without a lot of pressure, and allow the team to see how he is progressing. All 3 games are on the road, and out west where the media won't be so intense. When Patches is back, he'll likely be sent down again. I fully expect he'll get the Subban treatment and spend the year in the A.

Leblanc's not playing on a good Hamilton team right now, but he's still producing. I'd like to see him play on the 3rd line with Montreal rather than the 4th.

I'd go with: Cammy - Pleks - AK, Cole - DD - Gionta,
Moen - Eller - Leblanc.

Isn't Leblanc something like 6ft0 160? He will get pushed around more easily than Grabovski in his rookie season.
