yeah, Kuba and Filly hitting the deck wasn't good. Hope they are both back soon.

great game. You know your cheering for a special team when they give up 2 quick goals to start the 3rd then comeback with with 3 unanswered. That goal that tied it was special and shoes just how tight a group this is and how talented they really are. Fun to watch!

Saw someone ask in the GDT before it got closed why Filatov only played 3 mins : he took a skate to the face and the boot broke his nose.

Zack Smith is on pace for 21 goals, 44 points, while killing penalties, playing good D, and fighting occasionally. Maybe we've replaced Mike Fisher already?

Any time we lose or look bad this board whines. It's just par for the course. If we had lost tonight it would have been FAIL FOR NAIL BACK IN EFFECT etc.
I do agree. But it gets annoying after a while.

We will win games, we will lose games...

But I'm glad when we take a team that thinks its an easy win, and we beat them --- it feels good

Good game tonight Sens fans.

It was a horribly officiated game on all accounts tonight but at the end of the day we can't blame the Sens for capitalizing on them.

Spezza's shot was filthy, no one would've saved that and Karlsson is a tremendous talent. I hope you can get it all together and compete for a spot. Good to see Filatov only get a broken nose from Fehr's skate, could've been so much worse.

Good luck the rest of the way.

Ottawa's sitting in 8th @ the 20 something mark.

In the mix with a half stride on the rebuild... Pretty damn exciting!

Broken nose? That's one way to keep him out of Russia. Nice plan Murray.

That's exactly why I love this team right now. We're competing every night yet still have such a bright future. I'm really glad we didn't have to go through an Oilers style rebuild.

Goalwise,
Foligno > Heatley
Smith == Heatley
Greening == Heatley

And Dany is playing on a Conference leading team

I really don't understand this. You realize that we had the same number of powerplays, the same number of powerplay goals, and you guys had almost a full minute of 5 on 3? In what way did Ottawa capitalize on the bad officiating?

Yeah who could have seen that coming? Ottawa looking like they could fight for the 8th playoff spot this year after 'blowing it up'...hm...
