A source close to the situation tells me a Bobby Ryan trade is imminent. Talks have been ongoing for weeks. I'll have a blog up soon.

Pens got Crosby back healthy while already leading the conference
Caps got a new coach that should give them a kick in the ass in the right direction
Bruins are on fire
...and the Flyers players are dropping like flies
Worst case scenario with our top competition in the east?

Ryan has him on size, physicality and all offensive categories. Speed and defense are close, not sure.
Remember Ryan was drafted 2nd overall behind Crosby, Read is an undrafted college FA
