92 points was enough to make playoffs last season. It may take 96-97 this season the way East is.

We haven't had many OT games this year so I'm going to say that we go into OT tomorrow...not sure how the game pans out though. Hoping for a NYR win of course.

Well there pretty much is separation since we played 21 games when everyone else played about 24 or 25.

Who gets the nod for this one?

I think giving Henrik the start makes sense and then maybe give him Sat. off giving him the weekend off for Mon.

go with Biron. Team plays with more urgency in front of him, and this has let down game written all over it.

Talk about negativity. LOL

Anyways, Biron starts imo. Henrik has had 3 tough games in a row. The Canes are near the bottom of the league. Biron needs to get a game in to stay on top of his game and Henrik needs a rest.

I think this team keeps going with the confidence they have given their interviews and extend the streak to 4 in a row.

Thats because we played so few games. Had we played another four games, even if we went 50-50, we would still be #1 in the East.

I think they keep rolling along and win this one. Dubinsky nets 5 to try and get off the trade proposal sheet.

Loving the gas line gas pump you got going there
Dubinsky just might do that ya know. Maybe not five but Cam Ward has been his only goal buddy this season so maybe with the Ryan drama and Cam's co-operation, Dubinsky can have an impact BECAUSE this game has let down written all over it like someone else said. 3 strong games vs 3 strong teams and then flop against the Canes. Would love to see the Gabby-Richards tear it up on consecutive games though.

I've got the Jets game to go to so I'll have to DVR this game. Same thing on the 3rd too! Three straight times having to DVR the Rangers game because I'm headed to the Jets game. Crazy stretch!

I won't let the teasing of Bobby Ryan nor this loss to the Hurricanes ruin my Christmas.

In the long run, if we can't beat bottomfeeder teams like Carolina after winning against top Conference rivals, then we will never achieve "elite" status. But if they keep up what they've done for the past week, 2 points will be ours.

I really don't understand the concern for this one. Sure, we might get a surprise... but I'm much more worried about playing both the Isles and Panthers twice next month.

Wonder if we'll see any particular aggression aimed at Eric beyond how we'd normally play him defensively.

Hope the Rangers don't play down to their opponent....there are no easy wins in todays NHL.I still think we win 4-2 though.

10-1 Canes. Staal 6 goals. Does a "end zone" dance that mimics Plaxico after his 6th goal of the night.

Hank breaks down, cries, heads to Williamsburg bridge to meet angry bi polar ranger fans, then for everyone to jump together while holding hands.

LGRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
