Let it go. It was ONE person who said that. And an Oilers fan first at that.

He looked good with Gagne and Williams on his wings.

How does Scuds get the second star? DD and JJ were better on both ends.

I gotta think Quick is a solid lock for years to come.
Here for the rest of the season unless we have the opportunity to acquire a signed star at the deadline or prior. Probably won't be with the team at the start of the 2012 season unless something happens to Quick in the meantime. Quick has done everything he needed to lock the job. It is checkmate, even before we see him in the playoffs as far as on the ice product. Just depends on maintaining play and health.

Quick was incredible tonight and I thought Loki looked good, especially in the third.

Because I don't want to go all Milbury about it but people need to chill with the reffing stuff. For like the last 4-5 games it's just like post after post of *****ing about refereeing and how this should have been called and that should have been called.

I mean we all make statements in the heat of the moment but it would help some, myself included to sit and think before you post something.

Then again, your freedom to post however you want. But seriously, just irks me that people get so bent on things like a hockey hit. Or a punch after a hit. It's hockey. People acting like Bergenheim tried to take off his skate and stab someone.

Quick seems like the kind of guy that would take a sizable discount to help out the team. Hopefully I'm right.

Fox: ... and the "V" word is being thrown around about Quick.

there is getting in a goalies head (see Avery/Brodeur) then there is firing up a goalie so he goes into rage steroid mode (see Thomas/Vancouver finals). Quick seems like #2

Reffing has nothing to do with the Cooke statement, which you were addressing. People complaining about reffing are complaining about kopecky.

Chill and stop trollin

LAKings Westgarth thinks Richards didn't return as a precaution. Called him hell of a hockey player and we know he wants to be out there.

I don't think so.

I don't think JQ gets anything over 6 imo.
