Funny story. My brother tried to create an account with the name "Predobear", but since he lives with me our IPs conflicted. Needless to say, his account was denied, and I think the idea lost its favor in his mind.

Does this GDT actually have a topic yet?

That's good news for him. Hope he can stick there and make some money.

As a cap hit, it means nothing, but I'm sure the owners are happy they don't owe that softie another $300k, or so.

From a bitter fellow Atlanta fan's perspective, another reminder of how lousy the Kovalchuk trade turned out.

Not usually a conspiracy theorist, but if Cormier never really makes it, I won't be able to help but look at this as another crappy deal by the Teflon Don (intentional or not) that helped A$G sabotage the Thrashers. OK, a little much, I know, but you can't blame me, right?

Wasn't a big caphit, but it's a game of inches in terms of salary, so every little bit counts.

Good shot and speed, but probably had the worst hockey IQ I've seen in a long time. And I've seen some horrible players on the Thrashers. He wasn't going to go very far under poile as a result.

In a perfect world he learns from Oleg Petrov and Aleksey Morozov.
