The real captain is in Elmira

Character guy, played hurt, fought Lucic with a badly damaged shoulder, team finished in first under his leadership.....at age 37 would look better than our leaky defense and crappy rookies!

Really? Cause he was quite brutal last year. As in...I doubt he'd be any better than what's going on right now. Ah screw it, never mind. He's the savior this team needs!

His body broke down and betrayed him at the end. Great character guy, sure, but that doesn't turn back the clock. He was spent last year.

Sabres forced him back way too early from shoulder surgery. Never suggested lindy had to go..... Just should have this type of guy involved. Look at our ass coaches! Come on man!

He partnered with Markov while in Montreal and Markov wears #52 when playing with Russia. Partnered with Matt carle and vlasic while with the sharks and mostly with erhoff and Butler with Buffalo and clitsome in Columbus....... He is a player development specialist!!!!

Kevyn Adams and James Patrick were both heart and soul guys throughout their entire career.
