Not one to diss or players, but Weber was really bad in the game against San Jose and I find Diaz has played a bit better than Weber. Diaz hasn't been great by any stretch as well, but he has played a bit better IMO than Weber but gets sat?
Sorry Habs4life74, it's an afternoon game and it's past the suggested deadline for GDTs. Mods feel free to edit or merge if Habs4life74 had something ready and wants to post it later.
Missed both games this week, started too late for me with work in the morning, kind of excited for an afternoon game so I can still go to the Mooseheads game tonight and see Roy coach the Remparts.
Sure when he was somewhat of a factor in the late 90's early 00'...
Still, calling them no names is a bit of a stretch. Their third line has been decent so far this season. Fourth line, meh, it adds energy but nothing spectacular. At the same time no worse than any other fourth line out there.
Cool, a game at a decent hour.
Surprising, because it means its quite early in LA...
I expect a low-scoring affair, but i hope that we can have a lucky bounce for once. Their bottom-6 could be exposed if we manage to have three solid lines, but thats going to happen only if the D is ready to play.
After our unfortunate start of the season, it would be an appropriate time to have that lucky bounce with us since we're not really consistent lately. And that would help to calm down the mood around here...

Ohhh I'm sure they're effective and very decent... It's just when you see names you never heard or haven't heard in a decade you just know there's a good chance they'll score! Jamie McGinn, Devante Smith-Pelly...
There are two basic types of involuntary termination, known often as being "fired" and "laid off." To be fired, as opposed to being laid off, is generally thought of to be the employee's fault, and therefore is considered in most cases to be dishonorable and a sign of failure.
I remember the last time we played LA in an afternoon game, it was during the great 2008-2009 season (sigh) and we were in a slump like we are right now. LA was disallowed a goal for no real reason and Chris Higgins scored GWG or tying goal in a controversial matter when he shoved the defense man away and got away with it. That was the game that classy analyst/player Denis Gauthier destroyed Josh Gorges from behind.

You guys wish you had a memory like this
Higgins scored the tying goal, the defenceman was Doughty, pretty sure Koivu scored the OT winner.
