He's still among their ice time leaders for forwards. Highly doubtful that they let him go.

Oh, so you have only looked at the scoresheet? I´ve seen him a few times lately and he definitely belongs in the NHL, he wont play in the WJC unfortunately.

Zibanejad scores assisted by Fredrik Claesson, Cehlin and Brodin with one assist too, so a good day for most of Djurgårdens youngsters. One assist for Johan Sundström.

Djurgården played with 4 centers and 5 pair of forwards. Only Mattias Carlsson and Daniel Brodin had less icetime.
Think he played with Patrick Cehlin most of the time he was playing.

A few days ago Johan Larsson was announced to be the second Elitserien Rookie of the Year nominee (there will be two more nominees this season).
