It would be really fun if the Rangers and Pens could fight it out for the division this year, with Philly nipping on the heels of whoever loses out

nerve wracking and blood pressure abusing, but still fun

I know I bashed Lundqvist today, but the defense and goaltending is otherwordly compared to that team. I also think this team is deeper. I remember that team being just the Fly line and that's it. Finally this team has been in the playoffs for years, that team not so much.

1) Sauer
2) Stepan
3) Richards

Balanced scoring. This team is a machine right now. I still think Dubinsky is being misused, but things are going right, so why change anything.

Maybe...just maybe, we have Dubinsky center Hagelin and Mitchell. But Torts loves Boyle so I dont see it happening.

POTG: Richards was absolutely everywhere tonight.
Good: Sauer was a monster defensively. Lundqvist was fantastic. Artem and Stepan were great, as was Gaborik.
Bad: Hagelin not scoring. Eminger and Woywitka were awful.
Redden: Dubinsky is at that point where he's getting less then 10 minutes of ice time and you forget he's playing. He needs to pick it up.

If you're idea of fun is heart attack-inducing stuff, then absolutely.

And fortunately, I don't think any of us would be here if that wasn't our idea of fun!

And he's a fine player, but if I was a Tampa fan I'd be very upset over the progress of Hedman. Dude is nowhere close to being a game changer.

I'm enjoying this, but it's been so long since I expect to be good on a nightly basis that I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop?

This is fun finding ways to win typical let down games.

Went out for a delicious dinner and missed the whole third period.

5 wins in a row > Fennel tuna and pumpkin souffle

Another excellent ending for the hottest team in hockey.

1 McDonagh
I paused the dvr 3x to show son awesome, quiet and smart plays
2 Callahan
3 Stepan

HM: whole team, don't think TB had a real good scoring chance the whole 3d period.

And Hank made his save of the game when it was 1-0 TB.

Somehow in 23 games of playing around 15 minutes a night, Eminger has managed to amass only one point, zero assists.

That seems like it actually might be quite difficult to do.

Even Woywitka has I think 5 points on the season.

Eminger actually is decently skilled, don't know why he doesn't put up more points. He doesn't seem to be the brightest player on the ice.

I loved the FLY line. So much fun to watch...until New Years.

Is it just me, or does it seem we have been lucky the last 2 games. Coming from behind against 2 poor teams. We played well against the Pens even though they kind of self-destructed. But the last 2 games we really didn't play well. Even Hank had a soft game last night. Good thing he only faced 26 shots. We are going to have to be better vs Toronto.
