Grabner?

I don't have a link, but I saw it on NHL network, On the Fly last night. Grabner with an apparent groin pull. Anyone else hear about this or know what the status on him is?

Nope...I was watching the game and all of a sudden..he goes to the dressing room. It might have happened after one of his breakaways..I can't remember exactly, but during the game, they didn't say much...or at least I don't remember.

Yep, it was, I'd guess, middle of the 3rd period. He had that breakaway and immediately skated to the bench. The camera was on him and I think Howie speculated that it was his back.

I read the lips of the trainer, and he definitely asked him if he needs to go to the room...and Grabs nodded.

That's when we heard it was groin and he would not return. He is not the guy I want having groin issues...but hopefully it's minor and they nip it in the bud.

Because he relies on speed so much, a nagging hammy could have a bigger effect than we think, kinda like an NFL running back with a nagging hammy.

I think Grabs will be fine. I think I remember earlier last season he had a little bit of a nagging groin. He missed a couple of games but was good to go after that.

Expecting to see a DiBo call up sometime.

He's got lacerations to both hands after dragging that stone all over the ice.

The groin thing came out when Cappy said it post game to Peter.

I'm still skeptical, it definitely looked like the trainer was working on his back and not his groin.
