Bauer Supremes

My son has generally used Bauer Supremes for most of his hockey "life"--but it is getting harder to find them in our area. So my question is what would be most comparable in other skate brands. He currently wears a 4.5 EE in the Supreme 50 (he likes the older 50 better than the 160's he had previously) and will have to move up at least one size on the current skates as he is now a 6.5 or 7 regular shoe size. He has tried Vapors before and did not really like the fit, so we were wondering if RBKs or CCMs or Eastons would have anything close to the fit/feel of the Supremes. Any suggestions?

I'd start with CCM, then Reebok, but I'm surprised, that line is probably one of the most popular. Any reason why they don't have them?

Has he tried any of the new Bauer Supreme lineup? The One20, TotalOne, etc.

Just make sure that both you and he know that a Supreme 'D' is a regular size 'E'.

For some reason, they only carry the Vapors and not the Supremes. And he doesn't really like the feel (or look) of the Vapors

the best way for fit is to try them on, some people say skate X fits like skate Y but thats on their feet

everyones foot is different, and trying on which skates feel best for you is the only proper way to figure it out
