Party Tent Alumni

Hey everyone! I was doing some reading about the Party Tent that the Sabres have before games. Is there a list somewhere that shows which alumni player (if anyone) will appear at which game? Thanks!

I'd also like to hear if anyone has been to one of these parties and if it's worth the $10.

Sabres Twitter tweets it day of the game. Lately it's been injured current players. I think Boyes was the last one.

There isn't a single bar in Buffalo that I would pay a $10 cover to get into, even if I'm getting one beer for free.

As much as I love my Sabres, this includes them.

That is about how much a beer cost at a game. Its a good deal IMO. Id pay 5$ to get in and 5$ for a beer.

Every time I walk by it, it doesn't look like it's really hopping. I don't generally go out before the game. But, the bars around the corner seem to be more packed.

Why bother when you can walk for about 2 minutes away and find about 5 bars that don't charge a cover and have $2.50 beers during the game?

In a way I would kinda like it if it was not packed. More of a chance to meet the players.

Or, just invite yourself over to someone else's house to watch the game and show up empty-handed.

At some point, you're just giving up on life. It's ok to spend 10 bucks on something if you're going to enjoy it.
