Do you see guys Erskine traded ?

He is not playing since a long time he is healthy scratched, and we have a good defence (Zubov-Skoula-Boucher-Daley-Robidas-Klemm) we have our six, I don't think we need erskine anymore even if I like this kind of player,

what do you think about it ?

He's easily the weakest link, as I expected, but we can't and likely won't trade him. He's our insurance, our backup in case one of our regular defenders get hurt or suspended. You can't play a season with only 6 defensemen. Plus, we need some toughness on defense.

Unless Erskine gets traded for another defenseman, he isn't going anywhere.

No unfortunately I don't see him being traded anytime soon. With our defense being as solid as it is right now, I am thinking we are hesitant to make any changes. It pains me to want to see him go because I like his style, but he just isn't progressing enough defensively. I would like to move him for some draft picks if possible to make room for some of our young d-men. Specifically, I would like to see Fistric take his spot as he is similar in style and probably better defensively. Next year there will be a chance for some of our young d-men prospects to crack the lineup, but this year it probably won't happen unless we have a ton of injuries.

I don't see Erskine being traded. Mostly because I doubt anyone wants him.

I personally would rather see Jancevski here over Erskine at this point.

As a Jancevski fan, I too, can't figure out why he hasn't gotten a sniff in the bigs. Especially this season.
