#NYR will be wearing classic whites tonight at Garden. Leafs only traveling with their home blues because Boston wore alternate white Sat.
This is a bunch of crap. Why do we have to accommodate the leafs. Shame on the peeps who prepare their laundry.

Rangers play a very similar game to the Bruins. Not as physical, but just as good if not better defensively. Rangers are what, like 8-2 against the Bruins the past 2 years (going off of my memory) Bruins never scared me, nor do the leafs.

Rangers 5 Leafs 1

hey wearing the white once in a while is a good thing. let's people at the garden get a look at them when they only get to see blue. plus remember back in the day white was the home sweater hence this happened.

Sure but back in the day before that, blue was the home color, hence the "Broadway Blue Shirts"

I much prefer the colors at home. **** the Leafs!

Growing up watching the Rangers in the early 90's, the white jerseys will always be the 'home' jerseys to me.

I wish the NHL would revert back to this.

Leafs fan putting a lot of stock in that first meeting.

I recall the Rangers outplaying them in the 1st. More like the Rangers we see nowadays. Great forechecking. Tons of offensive chances etc...

They did a complete 360 for the 2nd and 3rd periods. The difference in that game.

We did. That was the game we should've been up 3-0 midway 1st. All those BS goals called off. Then the Leafs took the lead for good early in the 2nd

I haven't even heard Tim Connoly's name this season. I know he was hurt, but hasn't he been out most of the year?

I like the whites at home...always have.

With the Whites at home, there is always some aesthetic differentiation in games. Now it's just blue/white...blue/white etc.

I'm pretty sure he made his season debut in October against who else, but us.

Well what do you expect them to do? Cancel the game because of jerseys? Or do you want both teams to wear BLUE?

that's 100% how I feel. I personally love home whites, but I think that it should be a team decision the morning before the games.

I can't tell, are those posters in the Leafs GDT trying to be funny or are they simply completely delusional? That trash they are talking just can't be serious.

I wouldn't worry about Leaf fans. They have their own problems. We'll just continue to go about our business here, with our first line center that actually wanted to come play for us.

Holy **** is Mr. -29 their first line center?
