This. The Kings would have probably been swept by Vancouver without the insane PP performance in the first 3 games.

5-on-5 scoring was the problem against Vancouver. Who could have predicted that?

It was fun. You could see the look of desperation on the faces of the Canucks' players and coach whenever they took a penalty. It was almost automatic.

Maybe Doughty and Johnson's eyes should be glued open and they should be forced to watch a continuous loop of that replay.

Edmonton has the tools to be a solid game every night. The defense can be streaky but the offense is very good and will be for awhile

As per the Boston Bruins, Tyler Seguin missed the team meeting and breakfast this morning. As a result, he is a healthy scratch.

All lies. He's getting traded to the Kings for Penner and Jarret Stoll's broken stick from the Montreal game.

Also, who do they have in goal to follow khabibulin? The guy cant have much more left in the tank.

Dubnyk, I believe. The only thing he has left in the tank is alcohol. So maybe they can get him for a couple more seasons.

Dubnyk is going to be a decent starter for the Oil.

Man, Schenn is now hurt with an upper body injury. Sad to see. I was hoping he'd have a good rookie year, but it's been injuries all season.

Tough break for the kid.

I still think he'll be a very good nhler.

It's just going to take a little bit longer.

For certain that upper body injury is his shoulder. He's been hampered by shoulder problems since juniors. Hopefully the kid doesn't turn into another Jared Aulin.

Schenn has had 3-4 injuries already as a pro. That is not a good sign.

Man, Miller is having a rough couple of weeks. He just took a puck to the face when his mask fell off.

Of course not, that would require the Kings to score three or more goals, which they've only achieved in 8 of 27 games.

Smyth got lucky there. Canes score but it's waived off because kicking motion. Good call from the refs.
